Balconies

The apartment has 2 balconies. One on the side accessed through patio doors from the kitchen. Just the place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the early morning sunshine.

The main balcony on the front of the apartment is accessed through patio doors from the lounge. It provides welcome shade from the early afternoon and is the ideal place for eating al fresco, or just enjoying a cool drink whilst watching the world go by.

Guests who smoke are kindly requested to restrict smoking to the balconies only.

A clothes airer is provided for use on the kitchen balcony. It is a site requirement that washing/towels are not hung over the balcony rails/walls.
