Karpaz (Karpas)

Sticking out from the top of the island, Karpaz is still largely untouched and every visit seems to be filled with new discoveries. The region is blessed with endless sandy beaches, and the countryside barely stirs as the years pass by. Small picturesque villages, magnificent and often mysterious ruins from the past, and old churches litter the landscape. Karpaz is indeed like a storehouse of natural wealth that amazingly has remained untouched by the ravages of time.
